Orthodontic treatment is an investment in your overall oral health and it is our goal to make the financial portion of your treatment as straightforward and stress free as possible!
The cost of orthodontic treatment depends on the severity of your orthodontic need, the estimated time of treatment and the methods/materials utilized. You will be able to discuss all treatment fee and payment options before treatment begins.

About Orthodontic Insurance
There are many different agreements between insurance carriers and their subscribers. It is important to note that orthodontic insurance usually has a lifetime maximum benefit for orthodontic services. This benefit is reimbursed at a percentage until the orthodontic lifetime maximum has been reached.
Payment for your orthodontic treatment works much differently than a payment to your general dentist. Why? When you have a dental procedure completed at your dentist, the procedure is often done in one office visit. The difference is, it takes a series of visits in order to complete your orthodontic treatment, which is why the payments are set up on a monthly basis. We have modeled our payment options after what the insurance companies require. Keep in mind, there are exceptions, and one of our financial coordinators are more than happy to assist you every step of the way!
When you receive your treatment plan letter from our office, it will state the total cost of treatment along with a couple of payment options. Once you decide to proceed with the recommended treatment, our financial coordinators can make a call (with insurance holder present ) and find out exactly what you have for coverage. We then deduct this amount from the total and base your monthly payments on the difference.
For example:
Fee for treatment is 6,850.00 . Monthly payments of 380.55 for the next 18 months.
Insurance lifetime limit is 2,000.00, your "out of pocket" would be 4850.00 ,reducing your monthly payment to 269.44.
Upon commencement of treatment, we will arrange with you your monthly payments, which can be paid with Auto-Debit from bank account, Visa/MasterCard. You will sign all required claim forms for our office to be reimbursed from your insurance . Please understand that if at anytime your insurance coverage is terminated you will be responsible for the remaining balance of the account.
